Circulation System ~ How it Works and Actions to Support It

I’ve pursued the approach below so I can learn how to take responsibility for my own healthcare and use my advisors as consultants, to CO-DIRECT treatment.

  1. Introduction to “How the Body Works and Actions You Can Do to Support It”
  2. Presentation of the Circulation System and Actions to Support It (lungs / heart, lymph system, kidneys) (This page)
  3. Presentation of the Digestive System and Actions to Support It (stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and the intestines)
  4. Presentation of the Regulation of Nerves and Hormones and Actions to Support It (brain, vagus nerve, hormones)
  5. Presentation of the Environmental Barriers and Actions to Support It (skin / sweat glands, nose, mouth, eyes)

To prepare for our second presentation on “Presentation of the Circulation System and Actions to Support It” I’m offering you a video about the importance of light .

I felt sharing this little understood topic was more critical for circulation than instructional videos about the heart, lungs, lymph and kidneys.  It was a hard choice to chose with so much to share!

There will be words and ideas introduced that you may not understand.  Try to fly over it and keep going.  I promise in time the gaps in understanding will get easier if you continue learning!

Do You Find What I Shared Helpful?

If you found this information helpful I would very much appreciate your support with donations and kind words. I am sharing my experience in recovering to help us both. Your contributions will help further this goal for our mutual benefit.
