To prepare for our second presentation on “Presentation of the Regulation of Nerves and Hormones and Actions to Support It.”

I found this video helpful because it starts with describing action potential.  With the nervous system it is quick and specific.  With hormones it is more diffuse and slower.

This video was made 10 years ago.  I liked that he much spoke slower.  He presented 10 major glands, their location and the hormones they produce.
