Welcome!

Fans of Marama have been meeting since January when a series of meetings was initiated by Heather Sandison.  Well attended by patients and coaches, there was a desire to continue connection when Heather concluded her presentation series.

KC, who is a RE-CODE client, stepped up to fill the gap upon completion on April 5 with a proposed 5 week presentation.  After surveying the group on topics of interest, we decided that the month of May would be focused on a ketogenic diet and managing supplements.

We have some ideas for June, but would like to set the agenda for June in a few weeks.   We welcome non-certified coaches to present, but there is a preference to get to know the Bredesen certified coaches we might want to work with.

This group offers comfort and wisdom because we share common concerns and experiences to improve our quality of life and those we love with cognitive decline.
