PS If you are interested in EMF safety,  that will definitely be a big bonus for us both.  I know how to shield, but would love an environment where this matters to you as well.   If you are curious, I’ll be happy to share what I’ve learned.  Here’s an example.

I’m a very peaceful tenant, who enjoys keeping my environment beautiful and tidy. I’m a single female, no pets, non-smoker, 720 credit and stable income.

I’d be grateful for a ground floor home with a small patio, a good kitchen with a dishwasher, access to laundry facilities, and neighbors/owners who are a joy to be around.

It would be a huge bonus if the owner understands EMF sensitivity or is curious and would like to learn about this.  Reducing exposure to the extent practical creates a healthier environment for all.

I prefer long-term rentals in Corte Madera or Larkspur. Other parts of central Marin will be considered. Prior references are really good and landlords often say I leave the home better than I found it.
